An evergreen list of where to look for a way into PMM, and how to read what you find. This isn't a live board. Dead links break trust, so I'd rather give you nothing than a list that's rotting.
The listings were never the valuable part. The tags are, especially the one nobody else gives you: does this company actually hire juniors, whatever the req says.
The legend
- 🟢 True entry
- This company actually hires juniors regardless of what the req says.
- 🔴 False entry
- The req says 2 to 5 years and they mean it. Don't burn a week.
- 🚪 Feeder
- Not a PMM title but a real side door (enablement, demand gen, CS at a PLG company, associate PM, BDR).
- 🌍 Sponsors
- Has sponsored marketing/PMM visas (verify current-year filings).
- 🏢 Stage
- Seed / A / B / growth / public.
- 👥 PMM team size
- A team of one means you do everything and learn fast; a team of forty means you write emails for two years.

What changed
This page used to be a weekly drop of live roles. I could not feed it every week, and a stale job board is worse than no job board, so it is now evergreen and refreshed every two months. Twice a year it still becomes a report on what entry-level PMM reqs actually asked for, sampled fresh. Fewer listings. None of them rotting.
